Paid for yearly subscription but couldn’t access the app
The app is buggy and we haven’t been able to press play once the app is loaded. Please look into this
Good but stuck
It’s a good app to learn chinese. But sometime after we subscribe to the app, the app stop working. The play button suddenly does not work, very disappointing.

Unable to log in using iPad
Paid for subscription and it was working fine on both my iPad and iPhone. But recently unable to use the app on iPad. Doesn’t allow me to log in. However it works fine on my iPhone. Please fix this!

paid for a 3 month subscription and got locked out of my account suddenly. reached out to feedback multiple times but they are extremely unhelpful. problem is still not solved after 1 week, despite me providing all evidence of purchase. I feel like i got cheated of my money!
