Could be better
I recognise the fact that it has plenty to offer but it could be faster and way better. It doesn’t download the files some times and the worst part is when it freezes. I operate it on an iPhone 15 which never freezes besides when in this app. All in all happy but with lots of room for improvement!
Folders on cloud
The fact that we have the option to create folders in mobile application, but not accessible in browsers or desktop is very confusing and disturbing. You have to implement the logic like iCloud or google photos. Once the media are stored in cloud, those can be added in folders like a link, so no further storage required and also will be accessible from all platforms
I’ve paid subscription a month now and it’s not valid !
I’ve paid subscription a month now and it’s not valid ! I’ve sent emails to support twice but NO ONE has replied to me yet ! Unexpectedly pathetic service and customers care! I’m receiving always commercial emails but NO REPLY TO MY PROBLEM! I want refund !
GPS stickers?
Guys why can’t I use the stickers? I recorded all my videos with GPS on and in the app i can’t use stickers!

Fix your app
This is unacceptable. You pay hundreds of euros for a camera and you’d expect that the software to download your media would be half decent. 4 years I’ve had my camera and 4 years I’ve had the same problems with the app, not connecting, not showing my media ext.
Uploading hell!
It is supposed to automate whole procedure of the uploading and the clearing the SD Cards. It’s very hard to set it up and when you manage to do set it up correctly for any video over 3 minutes you will like like 3-4 hours to upload it, it mixes the dates and you photos are getting mixed and in order to upload everything on the cloud you will need to wait hours and hours, please make this app simpler and faster!
