Its not working. I cant not posible to save
Can’t use the premium subscription
Dear Quik Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Quik app. Despite having an active subscription, I have been unable to access any of the features I paid for. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating. First and foremost, the app consistently fails to recognize my subscription status. Every time I attempt to use the premium features, I am met with prompts to subscribe again, even though my account clearly shows an active subscription. This is unacceptable and a blatant failure on your part. Furthermore, the customer support is virtually non-existent. I have reached out multiple times through various channels, and I am yet to receive a single response. The lack of communication and assistance is appalling and reflects poorly on your commitment to your users. The constant bugs and crashes only add to the misery. I have lost countless hours of work due to the app freezing or crashing unexpectedly. For an app that claims to be "quick" and efficient, it is ironically slow and unreliable. Overall, my experience with the Quik app has been a disaster. I regret subscribing and would not recommend this app to anyone. Until these issues are addressed, I will be seeking alternatives and advising others to do the same. Sincerely, A Very Disappointed User

I don’t know what happen with this app, I can t edit a “auto highlight” video , not to try to create a a video, that it doesn’t work, I wait for hours, it loads , appear “analyzing your footage “ and nothing happen ….

Go Pro app need more space but I have enough
I tried several times to save a video in my phone’s photo library but it fails telling me that I need more space. I have 45GB free of space and the video has 5GB.
80% garbage
It can be used only to download the clips, change the camera settings and as a remote control for it. After all this time, it can't splice clips into a movie. It uses notifications to push you ads, not to notify you that the camera battery is low or that the card is running out of space.

Sometimes the app is not connecting with camera, and even after I restart the camera. Download speed form camera to phone is waaaayyyy to slow
A pain in the…
The app is very hard to use i mean it has a lot of bugs,the app is new to 360 video,also the GOPRO itself itsjust a joke,it says go pay,we give you cloud and blah blah so you can edit your videos directly from cloud.It’s a lie i mean maybe if you own an old and simple gopro because you cannot edit anything that is 360 video.After i finally did the job(without cloud) i wanted to add sticker like telemetry and the whole app just crashed.Also about the cloud,im upset because i paid for using the cloud from the tablet but if you cannot edit 360 videos from the cloud it was useless.Also im using mobile phone and tablet(apple products because i saw that they “work” better on them),on PC windows 11 with all the codecs and stuff when i try to move/use or copy a 360 the whole windows collapse.
