using this app will make you regret buying a go pro, you’ll spend 6 hours just trying to download just for it say footage failed even tho you know there’s nothing wrong with your wifi or phone

Due to the crushes and the GoPro inability to fix those issues, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. It’s unacceptable to have three days of wasted because the application was unable to cope with the information. GoPro never acknowledged the problem so I had to move to a different editing platform that hasn’t got problems with processing 30 minutes of video. Sad, as it’s a lovely app but it’s unacceptable to have such issues.

Original Quik GoPro app was much better. I loved how easy it was to create a highlight reel from my videos. This app is appalling.

Awful user experience on multiple fronts. As a new GoPro user I’m increasingly regretting not going for DJI/Insta360. Examples of mind numbing UEx as follows: - Repeatedly signed out without prompt, including when without internet connection. This means I cannot use premium editing features when on flights. This has also resulted i me losing over 2 hours’ worth of filing and album building done whilst without service - Infuriating that each time you add a new image to an album you get taken to the album preview, meaning you lose your place when browsing through your general media - turns off music/podcasts even when not viewing videos - video thumbnails do not update to match highlighted frames, which would make it much easier to recognise videos of longer duration

Just bought 13 black creator edition but it will not set up as “unable to join the network” I have tried all the tips and tricks but nothing has worked. £500 kit has just gone in the bin. Do not buy Go Pro - source a more favourably priced alternative.

Love the device but the hardware drives me crazy. Basic things like a fine scrubbing and skip ahead are missing in video player.

Hi, I have a GoPro11 Hero Black, and recently I was trying to export videos onto my phone from the Quik app to share with friends. I really like the app as a whole but every video I try and export to my iPhone has a section for the vast majority of the clip in slow motion. I then have to manually edit each video to remove the slow motion section, which is incredibly tedious. I’ve researched the problem online and it seems many other people have been having the same issue for YEARS?! I don’t understand how such a large company haven’t fixed what seems to be quite a simple and widespread problem for all this time?! Please get back to me if there is a known fix for this and I will remove my review, because I do think GoPros are great. Thanks, Troy

This paid version is so much worse than the free version you have taken away. No option for Live Photos even🤷‍♂️ very slow to download music library. limited on any form of manual transitions. I had to give up. Yes it’s not expect surely we deserve better than this. ?

I find Quik has so many glitches and hangs a lot that it’s very frustrating
