Hello, my dear friends, when you start working from the beginning, think carefully, gopuff takes $6 from the client and the delivery man will give $1.75, it's nonsense, many customers will give us very good tips, they will give you half or even 0$, that's such a not serious company, I'm telling you this from the bottom of my heart

I noticed this past week I wasn’t getting any 21+ orders sent to me so I contact the number and they redirected me to the chat. 
In the chat they escalated my issue which was pointless bc all they kept a saying is that I somehow “failed to adhere to their responsible delivery guidelines, goodbye”
I asked what did I fail to adhere and no one could answer this for me. 
When I called for the 3rd time someone mentioned finally, after I kept pushing for an answer, that most drivers have a certificate to deliver alcohol and that may be it since I don’t have one bc this was NEVER brought to my attention in 8 months that I’ve been delivering with them.
I do not mind getting one of those. Not a big deal but please tell me if that’s the case so I can do so! 
  I’m being treated like some kind of criminal with no explanation and no voice. This is beyond unethical and unprofessional.
I have the right to know what’s going on with my account and I deserve a chance for my side of the story to be hear. 
It’s like they do not care about a thing I have to say and could care less to ease your worries. Like is it really so irrational to ask for an explanation?…. 
Go puff is not somewhere u can make so much money without the 21+ orders.
 How am I suppose to make a proper living this way? 
I’m willing to change my 1 star rating if this issue is fixed and I’m treated like an actual HUMAN BEING

App is horrible crashes stop you from logging in. There’s no way to contact customer service at all unless you’re in the app if you’re logged out, you can’t contact customer service even if you’re having login issues so you’re just screwed. I even drove to the warehouse and asked them and they said there’s nothing they can do all I can do is try messaging them through the app, but I can’t get in the app. I have missed three scheduled shifts now due to this app always not allowing me to login I know my phone number. I’ve had it for 20 years.

This app does not work. It will not let me login. It keeps saying that there is something wrong with my email or with my phone number but they continue to send me texts and emails. Asking me why I have not made any deliveries yet when I have been approved yet the app will not let me login. I don’t get it.

Absolutely horrible support, glad I only had to work for 2 trips to find out they are the worst. They cut me off after the second trip cause my background wasn’t complete yet.. like why would you let me start driving, just to cut me off and take access from my money I already used my gas on. Don’t recommend anyone drive for them. Was really hopeful it would be a good relationship.. it’s too bad they don’t have prompt driver support.

First let me say I signed up for Gopuff over a year ago. I finally got approved 11/2024. But I kept getting emails and texts about needing to resubmit my drivers license and insurance. And I mean I have sent both to them over 6+ times before and even after being approved and in “ready to drive” status. I drive for other ride share companies and I’ve never experienced this before. After sending them what they need over and over I was good to go. I drove for maybe 3 weeks and the whole time I kept getting emails and texts about updating my insurance that expires 03/25/2025! The month is now December 2024. Now my account is deactivated and no one is getting back to me about anything other than me having to resubmit my drivers license, again!!! Nothing about insurance! And why would my account be deactivated because you all want me to spend extra money to get insurance now that I won’t need until March 2025!? I actually made really good money those 3 weeks of working. Almost as if I was working a regular job because this was my only means of income due to losing my job in October. It’s giving, they saw how much money I was making and wanted to disrupt that. Work for them at your own risk I guess. You will go through a hassle just trying to get approved, there’s app issues and glitches constantly, you have to pay for more insurance than you need at the moment apparently, and you’ll be the blame for their app problems because apparently I’m also banned from delivering age restricted products because pictures aren’t uploading on their end and they are claiming I’m falsifying signature? This is a mess.

Do not support this company in any manner. This company is proponent and supporter of modern day slavery.This company does not understand that indentured servitude and tricking people into thinking they’re getting paid when they’re losing money is slavery. No need to mince words. Better Business Bureau or anti-trust laws need to get involved with this company. Despicable and morally bankrupt blight on society.

20+ months on the platform. 
You will be cheated.
You will be discriminated against.
And you will work for free.
It’s a wonder this illegal operation hasn’t been shut down or penalized.

I get to the man’s condo. He is yelling i need to be punished. I figured he talking to some one else. He sticks his Identification around the door. As I'm trying to scan the barcode on the back, this old man swings the door open naked as he came in this world. And still yelling i need to be punished. I made a complaint. They still deliver to this man. I have gotten his order 2 more times since then. I take a picture of it but give it back. That tells me they don’t care about us drivers just money.  And I’m tried of the HOURS HAVE BEEN DROPPED GO GRAB A SLOT! Get on the page NOTHING!!!! Almost 2 yrs this is sad
