I have joined as a corporate member. Took challenges offered in the app. My experience says that very good app to take care about your fitness and health. The live coaching classes on meditation, yoga, health tips are very useful. I recommend to join with app.
The smart watch is excellent with all the Vital features like Spo2. HR and Bp monitoring which is not found in any other smart watches but I regret that there is no customer service Center in Bangalore. My watch had suddenly stopped showing display but after 4 months on charging trial it started working. But after 2.5 years the battery depletes very fast need to be charged daily. Since service Centers are not available in Bangalore we find little reliability issues with GOQii. Rest all ok. Hope GOQii sets up service Centers in Bangalore. So I have rated 3 stars.
If you have any issue with this app be assured that it will not be resolved. The problem will be addressed by front end team who will mark it back end team and status will be sought over phone. Each step will take at least one week. Meanwhile you will get All sorts of ads to buy different products but the issue will not be resolved.
I am using Goqii app in my Iphone 12 Mini and after taking paid subscription I am eligible for a free HbA1c test but the app is having some bug it seems. It is not allowing me to book the test as Select State, City and Pin is not giving any values to choose and so test booking is not proceeding.

This app is not at all optimized for iPhone. I am unable to log food, and activities. Seems to be useless for iPhone users. Deleting it.
App is hanging while entering log . Also while entering logs manually by default it’s taking 2001 year and not able change date.
While logging new activity for a day, it is showing the date back from January 1, 2001. There is no way for us to switch to the current date crap bug. In spite of reporting the bug GOQii hasn’t responded I just stopped using this app because of its too much hanging and never works property. I stopped you using this app for tracking my activity.
They are not trustworthy guys they only know to sell their products they don’t care about the problems you will get after they make fake promises make you fool. They are making me fool fool from the last three months they send wrong watch and its been three months and still i have not got my watch customer care only making excuses thats it.
