## GOQii Description
GOQii is a smart preventive healthcare ecosystem for individuals and families, offering personalized 1-on-1 coaching, doctor consultations, and expert guidance to help monitor and improve health and fitness. Users can earn GOQii Cash rewards for healthy behaviors like achieving daily step goals or participating in challenges.

Health Care Plans: GOQii offers Personal Care and Family Care plans that provide digital access to a dedicated care team of GOQii Coaches and Doctors.

Coaches & Experts: Certified dieticians and fitness instructors provide continuous motivation and support through live/video sessions, unlimited chats, and scheduled calls via the app.

GOQii Doctor (India only): Qualified physicians offer lifestyle and health consultations. They are not a replacement for regular doctors, do not handle emergencies, and do not prescribe medicines.

Health Locker: Securely store and manage personal and family health records such as lab reports and prescription history in one place.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA): Questionnaire-based assessment that evaluates health risks, assigns a health score, and generates a detailed report.

GOQii Karma: Earn 1 Karma point for every 390 steps and donate them to social causes. Partner NGOs convert these virtual donations into real monetary contributions.

Health Store (India only): Marketplace for health products and services offered through partner providers.

Rewards (GOQii Cash): Earn and redeem reward points for health products, discounts, and services in the GOQii Health Store (India only).

Apple Health Integration (Read-only): Displays Heart Rate, Steps, Sleep, Workouts, Weight, and Water data from Apple Health.

Challenges & Games4Good: Participate in health challenges to stay motivated and earn rewards. Rewards are sponsored by GOQii and not affiliated with Apple.

The recently updated version is pathetic. Hangs very often and doesn’t sync in short time. Earlier syncing data from tracker used to take hardly a minute. Now the sync takes considerably longer time and sometimes it doesn’t sync at all. This often results in data clog at the tracker. Please solve this issue on priority.

While watching any of fitness videos, there is too much of lag. Whether I watch using broad band, or on mobile network 5G or mobile network 4G, there is too much lag which literally renders the video useless. Other apps like Youtube and Netflix work perfectly fine in the same situation, but the Goqii videos always have lag around 5-6 minutes in the video. There is no option of reducing the quality as well, nor to increase the speed.
