Uploading documents is super quick. It gives the impression that it was developed primarily to benefit the firm rather than providing a helpful experience for clients. Many of the questions within the questionnaires seem unrelated, almost as if they were directly transferred from a paper form into the digital system. The app's navigation can be frustrating, and the absence of notifications for updates or important tasks is disappointing. Reading extensive documents on a mobile phone is inconvenient, and inputting numerous answers feels time-consuming. It would have been beneficial to offer a desktop version, and still allowing users to monitor progress on their phones.
