客服有夠爛
問客服為何wallet無法同步，回答不了就算了，還一直在鬼打牆

一天連續兩次，我暫停完之後就再也動不了，啟動也不行，發動也不行，然後時間就繼續走，就繼續扣錢，好一個客服團隊，好一個軟體，已刪
App Bug
要註冊上傳證明文件。拍照掃描後直接App沒反應，也不能退出重拍，App爛死。客服也只能建議重新開App或重安裝，可愛
導航定位問題很大
跟著定位常常找不到車子 漲價後價格不如租用汽車划算

你們的定位精準度到底什麼時候才能修正，差一條街差很多欸，wemo的定位都比你們精準！

有夠不爽的！ 騎100%有87%都會無法還車！！一直跳出「目前無法這個動作」！！ 一直白白繳給被吃掉無騎乘的時間一直在和系統急又氣！ 合理懷疑你們是不是故意放出這個BUG在賺錢撈金！

桃園部分地區車很少…但車子好騎！客服人員服務態度好！有效解決問題

App更新詢問訊息跳的太頻繁了吧 趕車用車一直閃屏 然後一直還不了車說錯誤等等再試 多扣的錢花時間一樣照扣 然後別家還車是計時到按還車鈕的時間 這裡是計時到系統leg完用戶體驗不太好
