This was the only wrong and the most wrong this for you guys to remove the ability to buy bubble items by watching an ad , and removing the 15 free energy ! This is so messed up people really love your game and wanted nothing more than play but you removed the only free & simple way! At least cutback on the full power timing not just keep everything as it is and removing the only way possible to play! Think Again please

I’m level 20+ now. My main issue with the game that an advance items are not appearing after I’ve developed and explored so many!! For example, the coffee make will always give me empty cup to start with, or black coffee and i have to start merging from the beginning. Same for the basket, it gives me always a flour, dough or potatoes… this is why i gave only 4 starts.. and i think makes the game boring and repetitive.

يحاولون يخصمون من بطاقتي البنكية بدون اذني ولما شحنت الفيزا عشان اشتري خصمو المبلغ وماعطوني اي فرص ولما تواصلت مع الدعم الفني ماتعاون معي ابدًا ولا رجع حقي لعبتهم هذي مشروع سرقه فقط مافي اي متعه في اللعبه اذا مااشتريت واذا بدأت تشتري يزودون عليك صعوبه اللعبه عشان تدمن الشراء وتصبح اللعبه مستحيله اللعب بدون شراء الجواهر والفرص وفوقها يحاولون يخصمون من بطاقتك بدون شراء سرقه عيني عينك

I always buy some items from this game by my credit card , and now instead of 17.99SR , The amount has been deducted 18.86SR !!!! Why , seriously WHY !!! Where can I complain about this ???!!!

I do not recommend anyone to download the game; it is a waste of time and money. Everything in the game evolves except for the energy. It remains at only 100, while tasks sometimes require 300-500 energy for a single request. It’s nerve-wracking and stressful, with no enjoyment in a game whose developers don't care about players' opinions. I contacted them multiple times, and each time they told me that my feedback would be taken into consideration, but literally nothing changes. Their strong desire to make the player buy something is truly disgusting. We open the game to unwind and disconnect from life and its pressures, only to find a game that increases our stress. I have repeatedly told them and sent messages regarding the cards that keep repeating in an insanely hysterical manner. I play enthusiastically to obtain a set of 4-star or 5-star cards, and upon opening them, I am shocked to find that all the cards are duplicates! What is this!!! I deleted the game in a moment of anger and will never download it again! I wish I had never downloaded it from the beginning, and I warn everyone who asks me about it! The game developers' goal is purely financial without considering the entertainment aspect for the player. Unfortunately, after more than 5 months, I decided to delete it. I do not recommend it to anyone.
