## Gotham Sports Description
Gotham Sports is the new streaming home for the New York Yankees, the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets, the New York Rangers, the New York Islanders, the New Jersey Devils, the Buffalo Sabres, and more all in one, easy-to-use app. Access to Gotham Sports includes:
o Live games and full game replays
o Hometown coverage and in-depth analysis
o Award-winning original programming and exclusive content
o Play-by-play stats and Pick-N-Play predictor game with prizes
o Gotham Sports rewards program 

There are two ways fans can get access to Gotham Sports: 
1. Free with an eligible cable subscription:  
if you have access YES Network and MSG Network as part of your cable subscription, you’ll have free access to Gotham Sports. Just download the app, create a free account, and link your cable subscription account. 
2. Subscribe directly to Gotham Sports:  
if you don’t have access to an eligible TV subscription, you can subscribe directly in the Gotham Sports app.

Location restrictions:
o Gotham Sports will only stream games that are available on the YES Network and MSG Network. Local blackout restrictions apply.
o League and programming restrictions require Gotham Sports mobile & tablet users to turn on location services. Gotham Sports will use location services to determine what content users are eligible to view. Gotham Sports is only available in the continental US.

Unbelievably bad. Streams regularly crash, audio/video falls out of sync. Audio disappears randomly. For an app with the sole purpose of streaming live sports it fails to deliver. But hey at least we also get to pay too much money for it and have no other legal options to stream these teams.

MSG+ wasn’t exactly an award winning app, but it worked.  This app does not.  All I want is an app that is reliable when I want to watch a game I have to count my blessings and pray that it will actually work when I try to stream and not just error out on all of my devices truly a terrible user experience.

Complete garbage. Doesn’t work on any device or computer even though I have a cable subscription. When I contact support in India, they blame it on my TV provider and tell me to turn my devices on and off. Complete liars. I submitted a support ticket as well that was never responded to. Do people of Gotham Sports app even actually use their own app? Do they tell their loved ones they work on it? Are they embarrassed? They should be. This app is a truly terrible experience. It constantly logs you out of your TV provider account, us terrible lag and clearly a obvious dev team. If the developers could tell me what app they use to watch the NBA (if they even do) please respond with that, instead of an explanation on why their app is terrible.

This app is terrible. Needs an overhaul. There are so many good streaming apps. Have to log in every time we want to watch. Connect to tv provider at least 1/2 the time. When it doesn’t work we call support. Then they ask questions like it’s our first time using the app. Tonight they asked our zip code where we are watching. It’s the same location as always. She tells us it’s not in the viewing area. Not true. It was 2 days ago when we watched! (As well as the past 3 years that we’ve been streaming). Finally, we get connected in the second period of our hockey game. Probably doing the same thing in 2 days, again.

An MSG+ account was never needed to use the app because there was an option to log in with your cable provider. Gotham Sports gave the option in the beginning, but now adding the app to new devices gives no cable provider option. With six streaming devices in my home, only three are working with the app. A 43 minute phone call with your MSG support team was needed to add my third device. Three more devices yet to go. Can you folks simply just fix this rather glaring problem.
