Description
Gotham Sports is the new streaming home for the New York Yankees, the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets, the New York Rangers, the New York Islanders, the New Jersey Devils, the Buffalo Sabres, and more all in one, easy-to-use app. Access to Gotham Sports includes:
o Live games and full game replays
o Hometown coverage and in-depth analysis
o Award-winning original programming and exclusive content
o Play-by-play stats and Pick-N-Play predictor game with prizes
o Gotham Sports rewards program
There are two ways fans can get access to Gotham Sports:
1. Free with an eligible cable subscription:
if you have access YES Network and MSG Network as part of your cable subscription, you’ll have free access to Gotham Sports. Just download the app, create a free account, and link your cable subscription account.
2. Subscribe directly to Gotham Sports:
if you don’t have access to an eligible TV subscription, you can subscribe directly in the Gotham Sports app.
Location restrictions:
o Gotham Sports will only stream games that are available on the YES Network and MSG Network. Local blackout restrictions apply.
o League and programming restrictions require Gotham Sports mobile & tablet users to turn on location services. Gotham Sports will use location services to determine what content users are eligible to view. Gotham Sports is only available in the continental US.

Terrible
I cannot connect to my tv provider to watch games and the app on my Roku doesn’t work either. MSG+ was easy to use. This app is a joke, they should have stayed with the apps that were working.
The worst
Every time I try to sign in, I just get a spinning wheel. The old MSG app worked flawlessly. Don’t bother with this, you will only get frustrated.
Unacceptable
This is a trainwreck of an app, the publisher obviously has no interest in hiring real UX or Development professionals. I’m surprised Apple even approved it. So broken in so many ways.
Doesn’t work
Have the app since they got rid of MSG+. Haven’t been able to watch anything. Contacted them twice and still mo response. Either fix this or go back to MSG+ and YES
Worthless
Unbelievably bad. Streams regularly crash, audio/video falls out of sync. Audio disappears randomly. For an app with the sole purpose of streaming live sports it fails to deliver. But hey at least we also get to pay too much money for it and have no other legal options to stream these teams.
Bring back MSG+ Please!
All I will say is this app is turrible( Charles Barkley voice) It only worked once. It doesn’t let you sign in if you have a cable provider. Annoying!
Not functional
MSG+ wasn’t exactly an award winning app, but it worked. This app does not. All I want is an app that is reliable when I want to watch a game I have to count my blessings and pray that it will actually work when I try to stream and not just error out on all of my devices truly a terrible user experience.
Terrible
This is the worst of any streaming app anywhere - and by far the most expensive for what you get. Come on MSG. Invest in stabilizing this piece of garbage.
CRIMINALLY BAD
The executives at MSG the greenlighted this should all be fired! Class action lawsuit incoming.
