I can’t connect to my tech support friend.

I downloaded and used this app with Sonos Customer Support and it worked great. After the customer support team was finished they specifically told me to disconnect and delete the app. So on the reviews this app is good if YOU and ONLY YOU contacted a reputable company for customer support, if a company contacts you then don’t install it. I would not have gotten my equipment fixed had it not been for this app.

This app is used by many reputable companies to provide quality support. But only use it with someone you trust. The negative reviews are from people who were tricked into using the app by scammers. When used by a reputable company, this app is one of the best ones out there for remote support.

This app is used by scammers to steal your identity, money and personal information. It is insecure. ANYONE CAN SEE YOUR SCREEN.

If I could give a zero star I would some scammers used this app portraying that they was from Amazon to screen share with my phone and try and order items off of Amazon and try and transfer money out of my account‼️‼️‼️😡

Beware of this scam app. You will receive email a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon asking if you purchased an iPhone from a particular area of the country maybe Maryland. The will ask you to die loss this app, but don’t and delete if you do. The are not from Amazon. They will scare you into telling you that all your information has been hacked yet they will tell you never tell you how to solve the problem and will slowly give you instructions I assume it’s so that the other person can steal the information while the other person talks to you on the phone. Whatever they say is not true.

Do not download this app to your iPhone. Scammers are using it to access your phone and all your accounts. Have had everything compromised because I got caught off guard. Changing everything I have, reporting the fraud, and they’re still accessing my accounts. Have been to the police and going back today. Now they’re putting charges through for the app on my credit card! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Where is this developer that they feel no responsibility? Apple needs to get rid of this app. I removed and deleted but it’s still sitting in the cloud on my phone. I’m at my wits end!!!!!!

People behind this are likely frauds. I received an email that I purchased an item on PayPal but it was not showing up on any of my accounts. They wanted me to download this app and look at my phone. Overall it was fishy so I discontinued and deleted the app.

This should be taken down! It’s a dangerous virus to hack into your personal data!!

This is fake Amazon help! They run a scam.
