Pour ajouter un voyage l’application vous demande une adresse mail puis un code de vérification est envoyé sur cette adresse mais il est impossible de saisir et envoyer ce code depuis l’application. La seule possibilité et « Annuler ».

Bonjour, voyageant très bientôt j’ai été amené à télécharger l’application afin de faciliter les démarches. Lorsque je veux rajouter un vol, on me demande de confirmer mon adresse email en rentrant un code envoyé par mail. Le souci est ici, car il est impossible une fois cliqué sur le champ de texte d’appuyer sur ‘’Entrer’’ ou ‘’Confirmer’’ ou ‘’Vérifier’’ou peu importe. La seule chose que je peux faire est d’appuyer sur annuler je n’ai aucune autre option. Que suis-je censé faire ???

J’ai pris sur Gotogate un aller retour, le retour était sur 2 vols. Les 2 vols retours ont été modifiés, ce qui m’empêchait le transfert.
Tout d’abord Gotogate a refusé de traiter les 2 vols alors que les 2 étaient modifiés, puis ils n’ont pas voulu les modifier. In fine ils m’ont remboursé partiellement le vol alors que rien n’était de mon dû, puis il a fallu que je rachète des vols à plus cher car proche du départ. Je me sens complètement arnaqué et j’espère bien que plus personne ne se fera avoir. Me concernant je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux ! Trop dangereux et pas sûrs du tout !

L’utilisation est facile et le service d’enregistrement est des plus simple, j’attend de voir l’émission des cartes d’embarquement car ils m’ont pas demandé des informations en relation avec les passeports des passagers

Ils m’ont annuler mon vol après 6 mois de réservation alors qu’il était encore disponible pour d’autres. Pour pouvoir me trouver un autre vol CONVENABLE j’ai dû contacter une dizaine d’agents pour au final en avoir un inadapté à la dernière minute et devoir payer des frais. 
Je déconseille fortement.
