## GoToll Description
GoToll is a new app that lets you pay for toll road travel with just your phone – no tag needed. No pre-loading, no paperwork, and no commitment. Just download the app and GO.

GoToll uses video matching software to capture your toll trips. Review and pay as you go, trip-by-trip. You're in complete control.

How it works:
GoToll uses video matching software to capture your toll trips. When you travel on an eligible toll road, your vehicle is detected and the app creates a trip. After your trip is reviewed, you'll receive a notification. Then, you can pay in the app.

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3.
1. Download GoToll
2. Add your license plate and credit card
3. Drive through cashless toll lanes throughout California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia

A better way to go:
• Track toll-road spending
• View trip details, manage your payment methods, and update vehicle information from the palm of your hand

## GoToll Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great app to pay the toll"
easy to start easy to use work in many states
-- kingforever1974, 2025-06-27

### *---- ">>Nightmare SCAM App<<< that continues charges even after cancellation!?!"
>>UPDATE 3.30.2025 :: STILL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!! This app is an absolute ***NIGHTMARE***!!!!! I emailed so-called ‘Customer Service’ to cancel this account & received a confirmation of cancellation on 3.17.2025 YET this thieving & fraudulent app company CONTINUES CHARGING OUR CREDIT CARD for unnecessary tolls as of March 24, 2025!!!! These app is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

I need to update my account information so I access my account again & there is absolutely NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE contact information!!!! I am about ready to tell my credit card company to block the charges since they make it so difficult to contact them!!!!

### *---- "App down"
I’ve been using GoToll app for years now but recently the app started not working properly. Does anyone have a same issue as mine?

### *---- "Used to be great"
I initially got this app years ago instead of the Georgia Peach Pass so I can get on the Northwest corridor express. I never had an issue with this app especially when I don’t use the express lanes, it doesn’t charge me. Also, customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiries. I’ve been out of work for quite some time and I have an unpaid balance. I want to pay off the balance however this app is giving me issues. I had issues resetting my password but the good news is that resolved. The biggest problem that I’m having is that the card that I’m using doesn’t work. I check with the bank and it’s all good to go. I contacted customer service through the app and no response since last night. I’m seeing a lot of complaints from many different people. I would appreciate that someone would assist me instead of an apology response to this review. If you want me to settle the balance, I would kindly ask to stop sending me those overdue emails, thank you.

### *---- "False tolls and they continue to harass"
4-5 years later and I am STILL getting spam emails from them saying “overdue payment! Pay now!”. I have a ez pass and haven’t used this app in YEARS. I’ve unsubscribed a million times, contacted their subpar CS and still I continue to be harassed with false claims of payments being due. AVOID!!!!

Very much like another reviewer mentioned, the app inaccurately said I took an express lane. I didn’t, but drove along side one. So that’s the major flaw in this app is that it cannot differentiate between actually being on a toll road when there’s a non-toll one next to it. I contacted their customer service to notify them, and they were absolutely unhelpful. Demanded that I pay, denied what I brought to their attention, and have since been sending numerous harassing emails insisting I HAVE to pay. I’ve even checked with the actual state tolls and I owe nothing, nor do they show me using the express toll road at all. Yet I continue to receive emails from GoToll saying I’m “overdue in payment!”.

I deleted this and will never use it again. Horrible customer service and majorly flawed app.

### ***** "New to GoToll"
I’m pleased with the results and now I can travel knowing that I can pay directly through this app.
-- SunnyDekight#1, 2024-07-31

### *---- "WHY CANT I ACCESS THE APP"
Received an email that payment failed for a trip. I have been trying to access this app all weekend to change the pay source and it won’t load past the initial screen. FIX FIX FIX!!!
-- Pin2864, 2024-07-14

### ***-- "Great app!"
Wish it covered all the United States. I hate having different apps for the same thing because different states use different apps. Get it together America.
