My account was fraudulently used for an online transactions in Grab. There were three attempts that got declined. Before I opened an account with GoTyme I no longer have a Grab app since I am now living in the province so no way that I will use it for that. I dont even have a Grab app on my phone. I reported the incident to customer service. I was talking to a chat representative and explained what happened. The response was “maybe you gave your information to someone else or your family member” without even acknowledging what I said and  I keep on explaining what happened. Good thing the app has a feature to lock the account. If not there was no way to dispute the transactions with that kind of response from a customer service representative. Also she just left the chat room when I was still talking to her.

When it comes to checking they will tell u that it's just one day process but when u submit a check deposit they will ask for MORE information about you and then after you comply to their email there's no exact time frame when will you receive ur checking deposit. I processed my deposit last 23rd of December and comply on 24th with additional information that they asked and now it's already 30th of December but the status of my check is still on progress. Don't ever try to deposit a check on this app.

I have tried opening an account for the past few weeks by using my Driver’s License but it never accepted it. My i.d was crystal clear and it still wouldn’t accept it. I set my credit card number to favourites in Pay Bills for easier transaction. However, you have to manually type it in on the Account Number section. Should it be automatically there, since I set it to favourites. Pls fix.

I filed for a dispute right away the moment I noticed that there was fraudulent activity on my account. It’s been two months now, and I still received the same answer! No specialized time but they have RUDE and WORST customer service. I suggest using trusted banks such as BDO, BPI, EASYWEST, etc. I encountered the same situation using my BDO account but I received my refund/dispute in less than a week, or they will give you an instant result. I SWEAR, NO TO GOTYME! If you can’t open an account in BDO or other banks, use SEABANK instead.

Hi GoTyme Bank! If you want to have more people using your services, then I would highly suggest to let people open an account with all Philippine Valid ID, especially the E-PHIL ID, as some or many Filipinos only have that ID. Additionally, it would have been great if the ID scanner would scan both sides of the ID individually.
