I’d say this app only opens about 1/3 of the time. I spend more time closing the app out and trying to reopen it than actually using the app.

Different name SamE hometown bank is willing to meet you every need. Thank you, Union Bank..
How the switch over is going so far ;
Before I could even use this app (after the change) I had to get a new phone because my trusty SE5 was too feeble to run iOS16 so that was kind of irritating & the union version seems a bit less intuitive but , I’m starting to get the hang of it. All in all I’d say it seems to be a pretty smooth transition .

This App is amazing- saves time with the ability to Chat, set card limits, deposit checks, and many other things!

This app is terrifically designed. I’m able to handle just about anything I would go inside the bank to do.

Clearly, someone spent a great deal of time on organization and appearance, but for me it comes down to one new feature. The app now orients itself with the display.
