Can’t find my LED lights, and email won’t send!

When I try to sign up, it doesn’t send any email, I’ve checked everything! And I think my lights just don’t exist on these types of apps. They are H6190, let me know if you have an answer for me!!

Good app

The app is pretty good. The layout is user friendly enough. I do feel like it could be easier, more sleek, more intuitive. It’s somewhat cluttered. It could be more succinct.

Long lasting

App works great! And I haven’t turned the light strip off in years. I will definitely be buying a new TV strip if it ever burns out.

Love the app but need widgets!

I have a Govee lamp in my bedroom and I love all the colors I can use for different time of days BUT I really desperately want widgets for turning on and off my lamp so I can have it on my Home Screen and use it without launching the app!

Great app and amazing products

I’ve been a loyal Govee user since 2017 and haven’t run into any problems until about a month ago. One of my led strips stopped working properly and I talked to one of the online helpers on the Govee app and with no time at all they sent me a replacement with no additional pay and they let me know I didn’t need to send back the old one too! Overall amazing customer service, and amazing products. I will continue buying from them:)

For an app that controls lights, it collects a lot of concerning data. The explore tab crashes the application every time.
