A bloody nightmare

Gingash on

Spent ages completing the online report for Parkinson’s. Then towards the completion was asked do you have any other problems that we need to know about. Yes thanks for the reminder I had completely forgotten that I have glaucoma. Which you already are aware because I notified you when I first got it, a few years back, and I did a driving/ eye exam which you must have on record. But the on line form for the Parkinson’s has now stopped me from going any further and instructed me to down load both forms to complete. I am not a happy bunny. Merry Christmas and a happy new year

Blind user

Pretty well impossible for a blind user to use, but why should a government department have to pay any heed to the disability act anyway?

The face scan is too fiddly and sensitive - especially for someone who normally wears spectacles.
