I have spend 25 USD a e-SIM card I never received. I have tried to contact the customer service through the app and also through their website. It did not work in either way. I therefore strongly encourage you not to try to get an e-SIM card through this app which looks like a scam.
I will change this if I can be granted support since the support function does not even work. As of now rather terrible
