Generelt god app til mobility hjælp. Især er det en god ide med skræddersyede flows.

Har dog enkelte mangler. F.eks. er det alt for nemt at få 100% i ankel mobilitet (gennemsnittet for alle brugere er 92% hvilket burde fortælle udviklerne noget) og muligheden for at fortælle appen at en bestemt øvelse ikke er ønsket i fremtidige flows.

Helt igennem fantastisk app. Alle med udstræknings udfordringer burde bruge den. Den er nem og bruge og med daglige nye rutiner gør den det “sjovt” og skulle igennem. Den har virkelig hjulpet mig med smerter pga for stramme muskler i hele kroppen.

I just wanna use the app, but it keeps saying a problem with iTunes store.
The error note tells me to unsubscribe in iTunes and then go to “personal space” on the site to register. But this I cant do, because I still have days on my trial period. The error note is not usefull enough and now my trial runs out while I cant use the app.. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Been using gowod for a month now after seeing several CrossFit athletes use it...

I can honestly say that it’s worth it... Doing a daily workout before training loosens the joints up to a point where you feel more open to workout :)

Update pr 01/08/19..
Been using it (With a break of 3 weeks) and I’ve gone from 45% to 56% and I feel everyday movements have improved :)
