Simple to use = gets used! Re-rating: Gowod was also a victim of Facebook issue causing all Fb-authenticated apps to crash. So my previos bad rating was not due gowod itselft.

The general idea of Gowod is good. Unfortunately the program does not work. I upgraded to premium and followed the program daily for a month (19-20 hrs of mobility work). When I took the test again, it showed 0% progression. I decided to cancel my premium.

Briefly in English: stay away from this expensive poorly made scam! Suomeksi: Appi on huonosti tehty ja kuukausimaksu on kallis. Laatu aivan surkea: -musiikkia ei voi kuunnella puhelimella samalla kun venyttelee -myöskään appin sisäistä ajastinta ei voi käyttää haluaa tehdä jotain muuta samalla. Ajastin pysähtyy jos siirtyy pois appista esim musiikintoisto-ohjelmaan -Videoiden toisto liikkeiden kohdalla ei pyöri koko liikkeen ajan vaan pysähtyy -tehtyjä treenejä ei voi tarkastella appin kautta vaan katoavat jonnekkin ja näkyvät ainostaan tilastoituina minuutteina -liikkuvuustestin voi tehdä vain kerran kuukaudessa vaikka hinta on 8€/kk! -liikkeiden kirjoon ei voi vaikuttaa esim valitsemalla mitä apuvälineitä kotoota löytyy -liikesarjan alussa ilmoitettu ”ei vaadi apuvälineitä” ilmoitus saattaa kuitenkin tarkoittaa että joihinkin liikkeisiin tarvitaan Kuukausimaksun lopettamistakaan ei voinut tehdä appin kautta jolloin apin sisäinen ”lopeta tilaus” lopeta tilausta vaan se täytyy tehdä app storen asetuksista. Taustaksi niin kokeilin appia 3 viikkoa premium tilinä.

There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch. Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.

With the options of 8-15-22 minutes allows me to get something in each day

Signed up with HWPO for 1 month trial. Used it 1-2 times, was unimpressed, cancelled within the first week. 5 months later logged into App Store and see they’ve been charging me every month.
