- Lodestone Chart™ displays all essential GPS satellite information using a chart with only 4 bars. This dramatically simplifies the diagnostic process (Registered Copyright).

- GPS "JumpStart" technology may resolve GPS problems with third-party navigation applications that have a frozen location, are slow to respond or are performing inaccurately.

- Uses the internal GPS of your iPhone or iPad.

I am using this app to ensure I know the accuracy of my Garmin GLO, which is connected to a Wi-Fi only iPad. The diagnostics are very useful and shows me that the combination of the Garmin product and Navionics marine maps are fit for purpose in the oceans. 

I would like to see all the satellites being used, not just the first four. That said, clever and useful app. Being able to convert from true north to magnetic north on the fly is very important when using a traditional ship compass and a GPS. Really this is very useful app. This review is from south-east Australia.

Only shows animated bar graphs for 1, 2, 3 and 4+ satellites. I need much more info to diagnose my GPS reception in urban jungles. 

Doesn’t support iPad. Only has screen layouts for iPhone. ie shows a ridiculously large screen layout in portrait only on iPad. Yuk!
