Description
La app permette di gestire le timbrature in autonomia. I dipendenti possono segnare l'inizio e fine delle attività sia se lavorano dall'ufficio, da casa oppure in mobilità. Le timbrature possono essere effettuate usando i tag RFID, un click nel sistema online o via cellulare.
I log vengono memorizzati anche se il dispositivo è offline, saranno trasferiti non appena riprende la connessione. Tutti i dati sono scaricabili in formato excel per poter facilmente inviarli al consulente responsabile per la preparazione dei cedolini.
La app permette inoltre di impostare con facilità i turni di lavoro, richiedere ferie o permessi brevi.
Grazie al tracciamento con GPRS, è possibile memorizzare la localizzazione in cui viene eseguita la timbratura - funzionalità indispensabile per le forze lavoro operative in mobilità.
