Import and view GPS eXchange format (GPX) files. GPX-Viewer views GPX files exported from many GPS devices and other apps that create GPX files.
Import GPX files using iTunes file sharing, eMail, an URL, the pasteboard or from the Cloud (includes iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, your local device, etc).
- Choose Apple Maps, Google Maps, OpenStreetMaps, or a custom map tile source URL.
- Create and share the following charts:
— Elevation vs track points.
— Elevation vs distance.
— Elevation vs time.
— Speed vs track points.
— Speed vs distance.
— Speed vs time.
- Send the waypoints to various map apps such as Apple and Google Maps.
- Email the file.
- Optionally disable screen auto-lock to keep the device from sleeping.
- Create folders to better organize your GPX files.
- Preview the tracks for all files within a folder.
- Import GPX files to the current GPX file.
- Customize the color for waypoints, track points, routes and tracks.
- Hide or show the waypoints, track points, routes or tracks on the map.
- View track points on map.
- Choose between metric, imperial, or nautical units of measurement.
A sample GPX file is included.

Very good app but I miss a feature
And the website is down :-( I have fox tracks with waypoints with different symbols tag <sym>. Unfortunately GPX viewer is not showing those symbols. Any idea?
No integration into Share Sheet
Thought I could use this app to view GPX tracks sent to me by others via messenger or similar, but having to first store the file in a specific folder on my phone in order to open it instead of being able to use the iOS Share Sheet significantly reduces its usefulness to me to close to zero

Leider nur alles auf englisch Kann man die Sprache ändern ?
You don’t have permission
I download a GPX file, readable with every other viewer on my phone. With this App, I am told ‚you don‘t have permission‘. Maybe there’s a simple fix but I haven’t found it, and as I‘ve said, I haven’t had this issue with other viewers.

App importiert keine Daten GPX vom iMac.
Fast perfekt
Ich verwende diese App zum Abfahren vorab erstellter Touren mit dem Fahrrad oder Motorrad. Diese Touren müssen mit einem anderen Tool erstellt werden. Diese App hat drei Layer. Unten: Karte (einstellbar) Mitte: Geladene Tour im Format GPX Oben: Eigene, aktuelle Position Beim Abfahren müssen nur die geladene Tour und die eigene Position deckungsgleich sein. Straßen kennt die App nicht und deshalb gibt es auch keine akustischen Anweisungen. Dieses Prinzip hat Vorteile und Nachteile. Wenn man sich für dieses Prinzip entschieden hat, wird man diese App schätzen! Während mein iPhone an einer Stromversorgung hängt, wird beim Verwenden dieser App der Ruhestand nicht aktiviert.

I use this app when we go hiking: download gpx of the trail from the browser and import it here. Works perfectly well. It’s very simple and reliable, absolutely worth money
You have no Permission
Konnte keine Karte laden - egal aus welcher Quelle - „you have no permission“. Zwar nicht viel Geld bezahlt, aber viel Zeit vergeudet, mit der Freeware GPX Tracker ging es sofort. Schade, zahle gern für gute Software...
Lädt keine Datei von einer Website.
Error importing the file... to your itunes folder. Recieved Error: You don‘t have permission. Das sollte bei einer App die Geld kostet nicht passieren.
