Grab Airport by Servy Reviews

Does not work…at least at SLC

MountainWanderer on

Just like some other reviews, I tried ordering over and over again. It would get to submitting the order and then would never go through. Pretty worthless if it doesn’t do the one thing it is designed to do. Skip this download!

Was great till you don’t get your order

I order some food on the app. At first it was on point but the last two orders were canceled and didn’t receive one of the orders but still got charged. Terrible customer service.

Orders may or may not get fulfilled

JL DFW on

United States

I’ve used Grab several times and have an issue at least 75% of the time. Half of the time the restaurant never fulfills the order or is to busy to work on it during the pickup window. The other times the order has been incorrect or incomplete. The app is designed to save you time but unless you have tons of time to chase down the restaurant and have them find your order and then another 30 min to make it past the pickup time, don’t bother. It’s more efficient and cheaper to order in person.

Fast and Easy !!!

You kidding me?! Why didnt they do this earlier ! Its so fast and easy and more convenient for employee who’s lunch time is only 30 mins !! Thanks for coming up with this idea !

New account set up error

galaxydriver on

Trying to register as a new user and am not receiving the text verification to my phone. Screen that says enter code sent to my phone number shows <null> for the phone number I entered during registration process. Entered all information correctly on initial page. No phone number to call for assistance. Unsatisfactory.

Terrible Concept

OKC uswr on

I placed an order via Grab before getting off the plane and when I arrived at the restaurant they couldn’t fulfill my order. I had already been charged and O couldn’t replace any items. I was charged for items I did not receive and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to refund my money!!! This is such a scam. I arrived on Sunday and I am still waiting for a response to my help tickets! They me $20!

Trash

dcflaher on

Worse than useless. Wasted my entire pre-flight window walking to a far-flung gate at BOS and waiting over 20 minutes to ultimately be treated like a crazy person when I asked the cashier about Grab orders. She’d never heard of it, and I was certainly not getting the breakfast/coffee I’d paid for.

Lack of customer service

Freegratis on

United States

I used to love using this app to order food, since I work at the airport. However, I had a problem with one order. Didn’t get foos and was charged. One week after, still waiting for my refund

Take out the last step!

Evil-15 on

United States

This has hosed me twice! After confirming the order and hitting “pay”, why is there ANOTHER confirmation step??? When it shows the clock, that should mean the order has been placed.

Employee Discount

Great app only problem is there is no way to apply employee discount
