Worst Customer Support
The worst customer service that I have encountered. Agents have no idea what they are talking about, that is if you will be able to reach one. Their “AI” chat support is as dumb as the human customer support. Their app is very restrictive and is invading your privacy. They want access to your apps. What the hell! Approval process of new drivers took 4 months and that is even after pauing 50,000 pesos to LTFRB. What a corrupt company! Better stick with Indrive.

Madaling gamitin ang app kahit bago ka pa lang sa Driver Partner. The online courses helped a lot too. Keep it up! 👍

6 hours online walang pumasok na booking sakin
Grab 9:30am to 3:40pm naka online ako pero walang pumasok sakin sana eh mas madaling makontak ang Support nyo para mas madali nareresolba ang issue. Sa Uber dati pwedeng tawagan kapag magkaka isyu. Gaya ng ganyan kapag tinawagan ang Uber madali nila natitingnan ang system or account kung bakit. Dito sa Grab nakakailang restart diagnostic nako pero walang nangyayari. Palipat lipat na ako ng lugar wala paring pumapasok na booking sakin.

Love ko po sna ku. Everything on your service pero nagbibigay kayo ng pahirap ngayon sa madaming pilipino. Madaming tao ang pngarap mkapsok sa platform nyo. Dhil sa palagay nmin mkakatulong kayo sa buhay namin. Lalo na sa hnp buhay. Pero ka grab magsabi nmn ku kung hindi kayo naacept ng grab car sa ngayon. Pra ang mga tao hindi kuha ng kuha ng sskyan pra ipasok sa inyo. Hindi nyo ba alam minsn last money ng tao pang downpayment sa sskyan at umaasa na ang monthly nila eh makuha sa earnings araw arw pero susko naman 5 months na ndi pa po naactivate dahil sa pngarap na mkapsok sa inyo nagkandautang utang na o yon kinikita eh nauuwi lng sa pang monthly dahil umaasa na maactivate pa din. Kahit halos tipirin na pgkain ng pamilya wag lng mabatak ang sskyan na pngarap nilang mkpsok sa grab. Magsabi nmn kayo kung my activation o wala pra hindi umaasa mga tao. Grabe nmn kayo. Walang puso.
