No chatbot for long waiting then put for what.
Job Assign Timing
Some job assignment given last min, i.e. am at junction, pick up loc requires sharp turn else will need to travel quite some distance to get back /u turn

Grab navigation default
Grab gps has many faults. 1) Left and Right turns instruction mixup. 2) Wrong direction going from Kallang Bahru to Pheng Geck Ave. Map instruct to turn right to Serangoon Road when it should rightly be turning right to MacPherson. 3) Map route is not highlighted clearly. 4) Voice navigation is not accurate.

The free call function in the App always not working well!Really need to improve or not always cannot get in touch with the passengers!!!

Don’t FRUSTRATE & IRRITATE us daily. e.g. a) FAR PICKUP. b) ARRIVAL FOR PICKUP. c) NO AUTO SURCHARGE OF $3 WAITING TIME d) etc, etc.
