Incredibly scammy
Full of lottery, forces you to add credit cards. I’m surprised that sth like this is allowed on the App Store.
Impossible to delete the account
I was visiting Bali and used the app, when i got home i naturally wanted to delete my account as i am not planning to use this app any longer but as far as i can tell they make it almost impossible to delete it. Would not recommend it if you care for your data privacy.
Amazing service, but..
It would be great to have the travel duration displayed for a grab, rather than having to separately check on Google maps. Otherwise amazing.

Great ride with a deaf driver
Thank you Grab for making it possible and convenient for deaf people to drive for Grab. We really enjoyed the ride and felt amazing of the provided inclusivity and care. One improvement suggestion: please add a ‘Thank you’ flash-card to use in the car. Thank you!

It is good for taxi service. Prices can change depends on demand and rush hours. Food deivery is great. Mart services is so-so. Most of the time the labeled items in stores are not up-to-date. Get ready for constant calls by marts for asking to replace selected items since they are out of stock. But for water delivery, it is the best
