Took money and never delivered an order
Those people took my money and have never delivered anything. No support at all and no money!
Terrible service
When you make an order via grab, they send it to partners and when something goes wrong (nobody delivered my order) they just says it’s contact line of our partner - solve this problem by yourself

Registered in the app. Ordered taco maybe 3 times. Paid for my trips. And now the app told me that my account is suspended and I need to reach to the support. But. There is no button, no email address, nothing. How can I reach to support and unblock my account? Or should I just use Gojek?

I want to tell, that the only minus is that I can’t connect my debt card to app
It doesn't work when you need it
Sometimes it's just stop working : you can't grab a taxi , it simply doesn't allow you to do it. Paying by cash is always more than by card, many issues when you wanted to connect the card
