Confusing
If you’re travelling certain places, then it’s great but otherwise it’s horrible. How am I supposed to order and then get it to deliver to my house? It may just be me, but I don’t understand how this works and I definitely won’t be using it again.

The app and vendors
And several locations while going through food options, I’ve went back to find different food and without realizing the app changed the delivery address and the food went somewhere they could not be delivered and it was too far away. I told the driver to keep the food. Other times the restaurants if they don’t have your order, they will just send you anything. I ordered coffees. I got something completely different. I ordered beef. I got tofu. This is only a couple of the many many times things went wrong 🙄

Quick and efficient
The worst in Malaysia
Never use in Malaysia. Grab is good everywhere else besides Malaysia. Use Maxim instead
Delivery times
About 3/3 times I’ve made an order for food they say 30 minutes ends up taking over an hour because of the lack of delivery drivers this app has. Taxi service I have not tried but I DO NOT recommend ordering food from this app. At least if you are in Cha long Thailand.
