I was ordering food in Kuala Lumpur and while making the order I wondered that I could not set delivery address. So, I thought I can do that in later phase. Guess, what? I could not, it picked some random location in Vietnam, the country I was last time 3 days ago and there is absolutely NO WAY to fix this. I even contacted customer support and they could not do anything. What a piece of brown stinky matter this app is..
Order food from grab. Then, grab cancelled my order automatically after 45 minutes of waiting. Wtf, couldn’t you have cancelled after 5 minutes, why make me wait 45 minutes hungry.

So far very good customer experience n good drivers , only yesterday driver did not come on app time n tried to cancel after 20 min wait but driver did not answer n still came after we left walking and 4 sgd penalty fee applied which is wrong when driver not come in time as indicated in app, will call customer service for complaint

I used to use Grab more often but this new app is catastrophe. Am I stupid. I can't order car with that anymore. Lot of slide shows but the main information is missing. I had another episode after few years now. We ordered ride from AirPort to our accomodation. Next morning while trying to order ride to airport my request was denied because of outstanding balance. That balance was impossible to pay with any methods. After spending 5 hours chatting with customer service and offering them a bunch of solutions which they all refused I had no other option than delete my account. They have let me 3 times in catastrophically bad position in the middle of nowhere by frozen the service. Very stressful experience.
Grab is great for cash delivery, but time to time i’m traveling and want to order food for my girlfriend, but international credit/debit cards nor amex works. Foodpanda works with international cards

Especially using the rewards or offers are so clumsy to use and most of the offers work with certain banks only.
Do not take responsibility and try to push responsibility of amends between orderer and deliverer when it’s their job
