Super kecewa dengan Grab
Ketika salah pencet menu grabfood, gak bisa dicancel, bahkan gak bisa chat merchant karena harus dari pihak merchant duluan untuk chat. Telepon CS minta solusinya spt apa, harus tunggu drivernya. Sementara driver datang saat makanan sudah siap which is itu udah gak bisa diganti. Sangat kecewa sama grab.

Helpful But Not Objective
This apps is very helpful but not so objective. You can book for a ride or ask driver to buy some groceries in the mart and it is very helpful But when you run into problem especially with grab food you’ll get harder to contact their customer service and when you are connected they will say this and that and not resolve your problem at that moment, in my case I must wait 3-5 days until the customer service can “solved” my problem according to their perception In the grab food, they made a different between people with a lot of money and the people who have few in money People with a lot of money can order and receive their food fast and processing immediately meanwhile people who can pay less will receive their food late. They make a choice in the apps and shown the time for it, sometime around 50minutes to 60minutes meaning the developer maybe put some delay code there I believe that’s not like that when this apps launch at the first time It is not objective because they treating people by money, not humanity and kindness. I don’t know why they made this apps like that Example : if you want your food deliver fast you must pay more than usual

Harga pesanan dan promo tidak sesuai…perbedaan sama beli ke restonya secara langsung perbedaan harga 15 ribu sampai 20 ribu…aplikasi payah
