This is not the first time we have contacted the support service due to problems with the order. We have never been answered, the app is half working, there is no control!!! You complain, but that does matter, It's like shouting into a well and not even hearing your echo. The service is quite poor. We didn't receive any orders, no money, not even a simple apology. This is the worst app I've seen in this food - delivery segment. Dont recommend using this app.

Can't cancel a ride if the car doesn't move. Can't order a second car. Stone Age, not an app.

Bad support
Support just waiting your time and it can’t help you in a most ways. For example simple task to deliver breakfast - you better find other way

When problem occurs it’s impossible to handle it via support. There are not support managers in app, only stupid bot
Awful experience
If i change the country and my account is logged out, i cannot recover access because my sim card doesn’t receive OTP code. And i cannot receive the code on the email. What the hell? Why is that so difficult to implement recovery method via Email. What is the point in email verification then?
If the order is cancelled, they return less money than they charged
As the title says - I ordered food at night, after around 30 minutes it was cancelled because there were no drivers. The money was on hold but it returned in a way smaller amount after the order was cancelled. Money is not on hold, they charge you.

What if going on with prices in Thailand? It’s not affordable now
