Double charged
I was charged twice for the same ride.
I got a taxi through the GRAB app and when I got to my destination the cab driver charged me cash for the ride. I didn’t get a receipt. A few minutes later I received a GRAB receipt for the same fare deducted from the Visa card associated with my GRAB account.
How do I get my money back? And how do I report my driver? I have tried to complain on Grab’s regular channels but can’t get through to anybody. I’m as frustrated at the driver as I am at not being able to get support from Grab Customer Service.
Maybe Grab can make it easier for customers to get in touch and receive prompt, meaningful responses to complaints.

Thsi company doesn't know how to refund!!! After 10 days, they will tell you if you still didn't receive the refund, contact your bank. You Grab are the processing the refund! You must assure us! Withouth putting us into trouble!!

Effective app
Grab is very effective app and very useful. I have only one comment which I want to address it to the technical support team which is related to Languages. All messages and ads are coming in thai language which sometimes made it difficult for foreigners.
