Often times the restaurant makes mistake, are packing the food poorly, delay delivery or the driver damage food on the way, delivers late or similar. There is no way to get in touch with Grab support to have a refund when delivery goes wrong!
Great app. Much better than expected.
Fast and efficient
The app is good when you need a ride but for food it got canceled due to not enough drivers

Polite,& honest
The app accepted my AMEX credit card before booking the trip in Manila. When the driver arrived, the app says I need to pay cash.
I always get wrong order every time, or I always miss something in the order, but Fast Delivery
Seems like every time i order food on grab they cancel because there isnt drivers. They dont tell you this before 10 minutes after you order, which is why for food i use the competitor.
