let me tip my delivery person dawg 😭
all good but every time i try to tip a delivery person it's "oops, we didn't catch that". i have sufficient balance and reopened the app multiple times. let me tip my delivery driver!!! thanks
Transfer to airport
Fast and convenient
Still worst as before
Delivery for food is 100% delayed and forever grab driver is choosing customer and location. Banned grab for awhile and lately decide to give another chance but seems no improved and its as bad as before
Unable to use
Downloaded when I was in Thailand, using both of my China number and Singapore number, can’t register
No driver in my area
Always don't have driver .
Expensive charges
Sometimes unable to get a car for a ride or it is way too Exp. Food delivery is expensive as well, food itself is expensive as compared to ordering at the stall, plus delivery service at certain timing.
Cannot even the app
This has happened for more than a week
Unreliable
It’s so sickening of Grab to make us wait 15-20 minutes for a ride to be accepted, only for it to cancel & for the price to surge massively higher. It wastes consumer time & makes us feel like we’re being scammed, especially when the original price wasn’t honoured.
