ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASONS
My account has been suspended for 8 days for no reason and has not been resolved.
Language
No more option for English. Only Thai. Very annoying.
Amazing app
The app is extremely user friendly. No need for extensive signups an can use it immediately. It was a lifesaver on our first night arriving late in Vietnam and needing food.
Great app but disposable cutlery and napkins should not be the default
Grab is an amazing company and everything is great, except… Grab is not doing anything to reduce plastic/wood cutlery and packaging waste. Restaurants should be pressured to not send disposable cutlery or any extras unless the customer specifically selects this option. Currently, sending these extras is the default and the result is lose-lose for the environment, and for the restaurants who are wasting money on sending things a large percentage of the customers don’t need or want. I want to support Grab - but wish that restaurants would stop the waste!

I found Grab drivers to be reckless and they demand more than the value of the trip. You are vulnerable as a tourist. Gojek is much better.

Racist and rude drivers
Great app. With issues. Needs better translation and also needs to train their drivers on professionalism and ethics. The drivers are rude, racist and I know of cases where drivers even lift their hands to the clients. Still a useful app but could be much better. I get good driver 1 in 5 times.

I love Grab. It’s so quick, efficient and affordable. The drivers are awesome and reliable. The app also so easy to use, with no waiting time at all.
