Great Taxi/food delivery
This app is a total lifesaver if you’re going to for example Vietnam. The first thing to do is to when you land is to get a sim card, then download this app and then no more hassle with taxi drivers. Everything works perfectly and no issues at all. Even food delivery from restaurants to your location. Even has auto translate in the app so you can chat with your driver.
Terrible food/grocery service
You place an order and after half hour they tell you it was cancelled. 5 times in a row and then they don’t let you try again because you reached the maximum number of transactions. What kind of unprofessional foolery is this? Unacceptable! And it’s impossible to chat with an agent!

This is the worse support ever I call them and they shut the call I email them text them - different ways no help They suddenly logged me out from the app I changed number and can’t log in Lost all my receipts and travel rewards Their support is 👎🏻👎🏻 grab does not care about their users
