Not showing up!
I dont like to be charge an extra fee for not showing up when I actually did and the trip was completed and paid for!
Terrible food/grocery service
You place an order and after half hour they tell you it was cancelled. 5 times in a row and then they don’t let you try again because you reached the maximum number of transactions. What kind of unprofessional foolery is this? Unacceptable!

สุริยะพล วาสรส ทะเบียน 3 ขถ 8798 ฮอนด้าชิตตี้สีขาว ปกติราคา 154 บาท ก่อนถึงลูกค้าประมาน1-2 นาที แจ้งขอเพิ่มเป็น 200บาท ก็ไม่รู้จะทำยังไงหลังจากรอมา 10 นาที เขาบอก 154 ไม่คุ้ม ไม่มีใครเขาขับตามราคาในแอ๊ปหรอก เขาขอเพิ่มกันทั้งนั้น ด้วยความที่รอนาน ร้อนเลย เอ้า 200 ก็ได้ แล้วพอมารับ แจ้งให้ลูกค้ายกเลิกการจองแกรบให้ เพราะถ้าไม่ยกเลิก จะได้เงินน้อย จะต้องจ่ายแกรบด้วย เห็นแกตัวมาก เหมือนแค่แอบอ้างใช้แอ๊ปเขาหากิน ควรแจ้งปรับปรุงนะคะ
CANCELED OUR FOOD AFTER 2h of waiting
We ordered food that it said it Will take 30mins to deliver we waited for 2hours only for them to cancel. NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE
Sucks
You order food it says restaurant is preparing you wait 20 minutes than driver cancels - completely retarded. You can’t trust this app at all. For me and my girlfriend has actually worked as intended 1 out of 10 times.
A trip was cancel by you and did not return the money paid

Lengthened times
Grab asks me to pay more to get a delivery at 75 min. Then after confirmation, pushes back the delivery twice to 30 min extra without discount. This happens more than half the time I order food via grab. Keep your promises on delivery times
