越南Grab司機會搶手機cancel單

越南機場線的Grab司機會搶手機cancel單, 還偷了我50美金,回報系統後回復及處理方式消極。

Support system is just bot that gaslights you. Horrible. They chased out Uber by bribing governments, became a monopoly, and not only are they drunk on power with cost, they make the user experience worse than just hailing a real taxi.

Without courier

If Grab doesn’t have enough delivery drivers, it shouldn’t mislead customers into thinking they can place orders. Moreover, the app doesn’t allow complaints or negative feedback, which caused me to fail to receive my meal within a reasonable time and even miss my mealtime.

There is no code sent through Whatsapp while trying to register. Is there any glitch? CDG ZIG works while trying to register. Hope the problem could be solved

Grab drivers can cancel ride without any reason

SGuberRide on

Taiwan

I don’t understand how can this platform allows drivers to cancel a ride 10-15 minutes into the waiting time without any proper reason. This isn’t just about not getting charged for the cancelled ride, but wasted consumers time and privilege.

This app is absolutely infuriatingly terrible to use.

Algar W on

Taiwan

Why is the Grab app in Vietnam so utterly unacceptable? How can it possibly allow toll fees to be charged separately? The route from point A to point B is fixed, and the timing is clearly defined. The driver’s job is simple: follow the assigned route. Yet, they only mention toll fees after reaching the destination? Even worse, they can unilaterally add extra charges after the passenger has already left? This isn’t just bad service—it’s outrageous. Is this a reflection of common practice in Vietnam, or is this a deeper issue with Southeast Asian culture?

太好用了,價錢便宜,可以在當地知名店家原地等待或者選取離自己最近的地點等待上車,馬上就能配送車子接送,等待車子的時間速度也很快。讚
