Charging without service. Not authentic at all compared to Uber.
How many times Grab charge you without service? Especially in Thailand.. I don’t know about other countries.
Poor communication
Food order was never sent to restaurant and app was showing as pending from restaurant for more than 1h30.
App doesn’t send SMS on my number
Downloaded the app in UAE as I needed to travel to Thailand. Added my UAE number to register but never received SMS neither call for OTP verification. So tried Bolt, registered smoothly. So you simply lost some amount of money I would have incurred on taxi throughout my Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia trip!!

Bad experience
Every time when I visit Bangkok I use grab, but the problem with wrong locations which the application can not help drivers to find customers and the problem they charge us if we cancel. I will delete grab and use other options for my transportations.
