Not recieved the order but bill was deducted
Not recieved the order and also the bill was deducted to my account and theres no respond from your side waiting for my refund
Driver added 5$ to your trip.
When I finished my ride the message appeared in the app “driver added 5$ to the trip” and I was charged extra without any explanation what???? The driver simply decided that my trip costs more than I paid and kindly increased the price? Thank you for informing, grab. But this is extremely bad experience, playing with people pockets and time. Disappointing.
Food delivery orders not accepted
Too slow to accept orders, need to cancel food order after waiting for 30+ minutes for order to be accepted.
Stop sending me marketing emails!!!
Annoying market email always, a total wasting of time
The app is difficult to use and unforgiving
The app is very difficult it doesn’t allow you to modify or cancel orders even if you made a mistake with the delivery address or payment method, it makes it impossible to cancel or modify the order even if you mistakenly pressed something and like to modify it !!
3 star for Grab Philippines
I have been to other asian countries and definitely they have exceeded my expectation, especially on rides. Philippines on the other hand the driver seems to avoid long distance location, the drivers tend to avoid nor pick up the requested rides. I have tried it different ways and multiple ways to book but to no avail. And it’s not that i am going on a 2hr ride it is not.
