This is a great and easy to use App as long as you remember that standard’ is always switched on. We tried to order a premier 6 seater and couldn’t understand why small cars kept accepting our ride. Why does the App not switch off ‘standard’ when it’s obvious I want something else?????
Took over an hour to find a driver that never came. Happened before. Terrible app and service use uber or any alternative. New: Another day where this time 2 hours and no orders arrived. Better switch to FoodPanda
Grab consistently fails on every service it tries to offer. It cannot locate addresses, drivers often fail to arrive or cancel bookings. Totally unreliable.
If they destroy your food, you can send a perfect photo and they still will tell you to pound sand. Bandits.
They’ve changed it so you cannot make multiple orders. What if I want food from one place, and drinks from another?
Drivers take a long time(forever) to accept the order and long wait time for food delivery. They need to sort out their delivery mechanism.
I had problems with my order, tried to contact grab team but with the number provided in the app return as ‘you have dial an incorrect number’
I waited over 30 minutes for the Taxi which didn’t arrive. At all. Still the fare was deducted via Debit Card from my account. Decide for yourselves.
No English support! I could not cancel the drive, the driver couldn’t cancel the drive. There is no support. Grab app has a lot of bugs that we have to pay 😡
Drivers accept rides then go further away. So many occasions of drivers accepting a booking then going further and further away but refusing to cancel forcing me to and suffering the rating or even charges. Cancellation for a driver miles away takes so many steps I’ve found my cancellation hasn’t been cancelled so I get charged for a fare I thought I’d cancelled, it’s scammy and there needs to be better competition
