The new app is horrible in comparison to the old. The listen feature doesn’t carry into your lock feature on iPhone so you can’t control the audio from the Lock Screen. Also, if you pause the audio and go to something else and return, the audio immediately starts playing again. The layout is clunky and makes it harder to find sermons by scripture, having to scroll down through chapters to find what you’re after. Disappointed!! -- sandhazrd1, 2025-04-17 ### ****- "CarPlay?" Spiritual support for me from GTY is greatly appreciated & I am so grateful. Practically though, I have not been able to easily use the app with Apple CarPlay. I cannot seem to find any advice in the reviews nor app support in the app or online. -- Sabspeed, 2025-04-17 ### **--- "Not as good as the old app" It’s a good app, but not as good as the old app. When I start listening to a sermon and I pause it for a short time it will restart to the start screen and I have to go through several clicks just to find and resume the sermon. It will also be nice to see the date it was aired without clicking the sermon and having to find out that way. If possible, please bring back the old app. -- 18.0 upgrade needed, 2025-04-17 ### ***-- "Needs work" This app is not as good as the previous app. Not as user friendly and there are links that won’t load or open. -- Sfgirl76, 2025-04-16 ### *---- "Borderline unusable" Unusable due to the following 3 issues. 1. Doesn’t save where you are in the sermon. Can’t pick up listening where you left off just a few hours later because the app doesn’t save where you left off. This makes the app useless for me. 2. Doesn’t save which sermon you’re listening to currently, which was a key feature that made me use the app. 3. No queue of sermons, can’t queue them and downloads doesn’t automatically queue like they did in the old app. 4. What is the point of My Watchlist if I can’t see the watchlist anywhere? Added a bunch of sermons to the “watchlist” but the “watchlist” is impossible to be located or found. May I suggest adding it as a shortcut in the “More” screen similar to My downloads? -- Paradiseroad, 2025-04-16 ### **--- "Please bring back the old app" They new version is not user friendly -- JonasW43431, 2025-04-16 ### ****- "Outstanding Teacher but, a question" I have found it easier to return to a where I was in a sermon if I sign in (password needs a special character!) but it is currently frustrating to still have to search out the sermon I was in the middle of this morning. As someone else suggested, a “Return to Recent” tab would be very helpful. I look forward to its development. -- Cheese & Macironi, 2025-04-15 ### ***-- "Missing old options" This new one looks great… But it’s missing a huge thing that I rely on daily up until now. There is no option to play a whole series versus just clicking one sermon of that series over And over again. I used to play him throughout the night because I’m up and down all night.… I loved waking up to hear his voice and listen to his wisdom before I was able to fall back to sleep again. Something else is going on as well… When you click to look at all of the available series, The page just keeps loading and never finishes. So the only series I have access to right now are the ones about five or six of them on the homepage. Please please please add back the option to play a whole series automatically and fix the series page. -- Rhondalay, 2025-04-15 ### **--- "Great content - Horrible app" The new app is not as user friendly as the old one! The new app does not connect to the radio in my vehicle correctly. Cannot see what I’m listening to and have no ability to pause. If you actually back out to far you no longer have control on your phone any longer either. The content is much appreciated! PLEASE, IMPROVE THE APP OR GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE! -- 28BC, 2025-04-15 ### *---- "terrible interface" Having a “now playing” button that appears on the top right corner would be helpful. The old app had it. The play bar at the bottom isn’t as useful. Also, sifting through the sermon archive by scripture becomes a swipefest. Categories by book and chapter was more efficient. The old app would keep track of where you left off in listening to a sermon, you could close the app, re-open and pick up off any sermon where left off. Needs a share link button for sermons. Whoever developed this app must not have used the old one as religiously as us here asking for adjustments. -- .customer.review., 2025-04-14 [View all Grace to You reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Grace to You Discovered Keywords - grace to you - bible radio ## Apps Similar to Grace to You - [MLJ Sermons: Bible Teaching](https://apptail.io/app/mlj-sermons-bible-teaching-RCe/united-states) - [AGTV](https://apptail.io/app/agtv-Ulx/united-states) - [Insight for Living](https://apptail.io/app/insight-for-living-roac/united-states) - [Ligonier Ministries](https://apptail.io/app/ligonier-ministries-SSlc/united-states) - [Turning Point Ministries](https://apptail.io/app/turning-point-ministries-HMxc/united-states) - [Grace Media App](https://apptail.io/app/grace-media-app-jfhd/united-states) - [Answers.tv](https://apptail.io/app/answerstv-kfhd/united-states) - [Truth For Life](https://apptail.io/app/truth-for-life-pfhd/united-states) - [Olive Tree Ministries](https://apptail.io/app/olive-tree-ministries-owtd/united-states) - [THRU the BIBLE: Audio Study](https://apptail.io/app/thru-the-bible-audio-study-zbse/united-states) ## Grace to You Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/canada) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/australia) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/philippines) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/south-africa) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/india) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/new-zealand) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/norway) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/singapore) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/belgium) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/italy) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/poland) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/japan) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/hong-kong) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/switzerland) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/colombia) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/kenya) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/malaysia) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/romania) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/argentina) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/jamaica) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/spain) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/slovakia) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/luxembourg) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/malta) - [Mauritius](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/mauritius) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/mexico) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/brazil) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/ecuador) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/netherlands) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/algeria) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/dominican-republic) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/oman) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/denmark) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/chile) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/portugal) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/azerbaijan) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/belize) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/hungary) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/ireland) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/grace-to-you-omwu/croatia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
