## GradeBook Pro Description
GradeBook Pro is a powerful and intuitive classroom management tool.  Record scores, attendance, and student performance in an app designed with professional educators in mind. 

GradeBook Pro is a complete solution, there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, limitations, or third party services to pay for.

Grades
• Weighted and standard point-based scales are supported.
• Customize the grade scale with unlimited letter grade ranges.
• Categorize assignments to see student grades by category.
• Award extra credit or deduct penalty points.
• Drop or exempt a score to exclude it from the grade calculation.
• Override the number of points possible on a student-by-student basis.
• Record a note with any score.
• View student average grade, highest grade, and total point score. 
• Categorized classes report overall and category-specific grades. 

Behavior
• Assign custom labels to four selectable behavior marks.
• Quickly track performance, participation, preparedness, behavior, conduct, or any other criteria.

Attendance
• Mark students as Present, Absent, or Tardy.
• Absent and tardy entries can be flagged as excused or unexcused.
• View photos while recording attendance.
• Email a daily attendance summary.
• Quickly create email addressed to all present, absent, or tardy students.
• Student attendance status is displayed on the main and score entry screen.

Reporting
• Create attendance, grade, performance, and roster reports for the class.
• Create attendance, grade, performance, and summary reports for individual students.
• Export grade, attendance, and performance data to CSV formatted files.
• Upload reports to Dropbox, email them, or view them on the in-app report viewer.
• Email a list of ungraded students by assignment.

Other
• Five color themes to choose from.

GRADEBOOK PRO SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

We offer an auto-renewing subscription option:

- Subscriptions are from $4.99 USD monthly with 3 days trial or $34.99 yearly.

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

- You will be able to access full features of the app for the duration of the subscription

- Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original one week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package weekly

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase

- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

- You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please visit  for more information

- You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your iTunes Account Settings. However, you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period

- Any unused portion of a free-trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription

I used to love this app. It was the best grade book I ever used. Now, grades can mysteriously disappear and there’s no way to back it up to dropbox or other back up functions like you used to be able to do. So now, each time I enter grades, I email a great report to myself to keep as an archive copy just in case I need to look for things. If the developer reads this, please work on its functionality and making it possible to link again to drop box for back up.

This is (was) a great app. It slow is loosing support. I would not recommend spending the money unless support is brought back. Too many apps I paid for are no longer working because of os updates. I pray this app doesn’t stop! If support returns I’ll change 3 to 5 star review.

I’ve been using this App for maybe 6 years now? I love it and it does everything I could ask for and then some. It doesn’t however update anymore, which makes it hard to sync with Drop Box and trust that it will always keep working. Would love for the developer to give an update or a comparable app.

I'd give it 5 stars if it could copy all the information of the student if the student is transferred to another class. It's a real pain having to re-type all the grades and attendance, especially if it's late in the semester and there is a lot of information. Also, can there be a way to enter "M" for missing? It would count as zero.
Need to be able to print the student roster for substitute teachers to take attendance.

I paid full price for this and have been dependent upon it for several years. But it is no longer supported, so it is a very risky place to keep your grades and attendance information, as it is impossible to back this information up in Dropbox or anywhere else. They are no longer updating it when IOS updates come out, so it is eventually going to stop working. What a nightmare it will be for anyone who uses it as a place to record their grades and then find the app crashing or nonfunctional, with no access to your grades.

### **--- "Used to Be Wonderful but now..."
This app was amazing a couple of years ago. It was functional, easy to use, and flexible. I felt it was secure and I could back up my grades and databases with Dropbox. Now Dropbox will not connect with the app. I have looked for places to find help, but it looks as if this app is no longer supported. I cannot find any info on a newer version or help with connecting to Dropbox. I would try backing the app up with another service like Google Drive, but Dropbox is the only service that “works” with GradeBook Pro. I will have to find another app to use if this issue is not resolved soon. My grades need to be able to be backed up. If I were to lose this data my job could be in jeopardy. NOT HAVING A BACKUP IS A NECESSARY SERVICE.
