Worst buying platform out there
Hands down the worst, the app charges you twice if you’re using PayPal, for EVERY purchase. Reaching out to customer service is like talking to a brick wall, your money will be tied up for EVER, all the while people are able to bid / buy items your payment is processing on. Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever spent money on, I’ve spent thousands upon thousands on here and they don’t bother to help. Would rate negative if I could. Two thumbs WAY down. Plus there are listings I want to pay full price for and I can NOT. It says “make offer” even if I want to just buy it and then someone else can come in and buy it while my offer is pending? Absolute trash app
Fake
Most items are fake mostly the supreme and designer items no support from those who work at grailed. After using this app for over 4 years I’m left with regret and disappointment try selling an item you purchased from the website they will take your item down and say it’s fake. It’s unfortunate that those at grailed no longer care they are making money regardless I suggest using another app and putting in the effort to determine what’s real and fake because there is no one else looking out for those selling and buying through the internet.
Not consumer friendly
1) the lowball limiter is lame and counterproductive. If it’s such an issue, sellers should be able to filter offers that come in based on a range, and people should be able to send whatever offer they feel. if they don’t get the offers they want, they can open up the range and consider lower offers
2) you absolutely NEED to REQUIRE measurements for postings. Additionally, all pants should have LENGTH AND WIDTH filters not just width
3) The ridiculously unregulated shipping price traps are super annoying. THAT should be limited/preset based on location, weight, and distance.
4) The daily recommended should automatically be filtered to your size. Why am I recommended things that don't fit me?

Scammers galore, awful customer service
This has become the go-to place for scammers due to the low security on the site. I was recently scammed with an inauthentic item, and when I contacted Grailed, they permanently disabled my account. Avoid - a lot of better and more trustworthy platforms out there.
Color Filter
I have been using grailed for years and it is an amazing app however, I still do not understand why there has not been any implementation of a color filter. Sometimes a user may just want to search for clothing in a particular color rather than display all choices that come up. There is a color tag in the description of listings so I do not know why a color filter has not been added.
Crashes
Every time I try to view anything on my profile. Especially saves. Instant crashes every time.
Seller beware!
The worst selling platform out there!
Sold an item that shows delivered by USPS but Grailed is holding my money saying the buyer is claiming they never received the item. I packed and shipped the item within 1 business and shows delivered to porch by USPS. If the package was delivered to the wrong address the buyer needs to reach out to USPS, that’s not my fault as I did my part. If the package got stolen after delivery that is not my fault either. This issue is between the buyer and USPS and should have no bearing on receiving my funds.
It is a know scam for buyers to claim they never received their item to get a refund and keep the item. Now I am S.O.L. on my $350 Mitchell & Ness Jersey I sold as well as my $190 from the sale! I have since deleted all of my items for sell and will be deleting this app. Not worth taking a chance on losing out on my merchandise and funds. I sell hundreds of items on eBay and other platforms with no issues but, refuse to use Grailed after this last debacle!

The Platform Has Endless Bugs And Glitches As You Can See By Their Update History. The app has the most toxic gross community of any of the apps. Has a real scum of the earth vibe. But hey you can get used designer so that’s cool.

Grailed now forces you to use their own overpriced prepaid labels (cheapest shipping possible) at the most expensive price possible. If you ship a shirt, they force you to use their USPS label even if you want to use UPS. Very shady business practice that only serves the purpose of more money in their pockets
