Motion lockout renders app useless
Lippert needs to pay attention to the dozens of reviews complaining about the in-motion lockout feature, which regularly locks me out when the rig is parked. Fire the lawyers that insist on it being there and use the money to hire programmers who can fix this app. Even if you feel compelled to cover you backsides legally, put a caution message on the screen when it starts up, and disappears when acknowledged in til the app is closed and restarted. Actually locking functions out is senseless, as most travelers have a companion passenger who may be operating the app instead of the driver. The app has potential, but it is lost behind this aggravation and things that just don’t work and control panel confusion.
Really wanted it to work..
Thus app connected and worked until the first update came along. Now it will not connect. Tried reinstalling app. Rebooted phone. Bluetooth off/on etc, etc.
Very disappointed, big waste of my time. Deleted it, very poorly written.
Eats Battery
This app kills iPhone battery even when not in use and background is turned off. Really bad fault/feature and makes it unusable
In Motion lock-out is stupid
This repeatedly pops up while driving and using the Tire Linc screen to monitor tire pressures. Duh. Of course I’m driving. I can understand why you might want to lock out some controls while driving, like the awning or slide. But even then, once I stop and parked in my campsite, I have to unlock and open the door, lower the steps, and press a button on the physical control panel so that I can use the app. Ridiculous. Give us an option to confirm we are not in motion from the app and then unlock the controls.
Needs Car Play support for at least the Tire Linc screen. And make the tire pressure and temperature numbers much larger on the Tire Linc screen in the app.
Not able to control my equipments
Connected to Bluetooth but could not control my rv. It keeps on showing that my rv is offline.
Abject failure. Don’t bother using this app
Issue now is app constantly refreshes taking several seconds to load and refreshes repeatedly every few seconds preventing any sort of control at all. WORTHLESS.
Apparently No quality control or testing by the developers.
Garbage app!
Can’t connect via Bluetooth. When it finally does, they “update” the software and break my Bluetooth connection. I would love to be able to once again open my slide from the outside, or turn on/off my lights from my phone!
Garbage App
I am amazed at how poorly this app works. 1. Checklists don’t sync. 2. Buttons don’t respond to taps. 3. Frequently wont respond to input. Terrible interface. 4. The auto level interface is laughably horrible.
Now this app has begun running something in the background that is eating my battery. It is now responsible for using 87% of my battery usage. This is while this garbage app is not even running. What the heck is this thing doing using 87% of my battery usage in the background?
LCI and Grand Design should be ashamed of themselves.
New App version beware of HVAC
The new version of the app keeps lowering the AC levels anytime I open it. Before that the app worked fine.
Updated hvac control?
When I change the temperature for each individual AC and move to the next AC, the temperature resets to 49 degrees and can no longer use the app to control the ACs. Please update app to fix the bug.
