## Grand Design Compass Connect Description
The Compass Connect™ App brings Smart Home convenience to your RV, allowing you to easily manage and customize key devices, systems and features:

•	Make custom Modes for personalized device lists by trip stage.
•	Select Favorites for quick access to commonly used devices.
•	Extend and Retract Slides and Awnings. 
•	Monitor battery and water levels.
•	Create Checklists for trip planning and maintenance.
•	Use Dark Mode for enhanced readability.

For compatible RVs, enjoy additional features:

•	Leveling: Active bubble level, custom setpoints and Auto-Level.
•	Automatic generator control for on/off scheduling.
•	Customizable lighting for Dimming or RGB lights.

I was anticipating an updated version of LCI OneControl. But it appears to be the same thing under a different name.  Very unreliable; to the point of useless.

Doesn’t support Imagine AIM, in production starting 2023.  Gets stuck when I select Other from drop down menu. So can’t set up or use. 
Assume this app is simply a piece of junk and will uninstall. Consistent with other reviews.

When the app would connect, in the olden days a few months ago, it worked mostly just OK. But now, the app will not establish a connection to the panel. I did all the things, delete and reinstall the app, restart my phone, turn Bluetooth off and on, etc., but it will not connect on the same phone that worked before. It does prompt me on the app to pair, but it will not seal the deal. Please write a fix into the app.

App works but while driving on the tire monitor screen it constantly opens the in-motion lockout alert. You have to close the alert, WHILE DRIVING, (with blue text on a gray background makes it hard to do) to see your tire pressures again.  That takes your eyes off the road and find the button. At times it literally comes back within 10 seconds. Only takes a second to cause an accident!  Shouldn’t get the alert on an in-motion screen, only on a screen that is actually locked! My only gripe.

### **--- "Motion lockout renders app useless"
Lippert needs to pay attention to the dozens of reviews complaining about the in-motion lockout feature, which regularly locks me out when the rig is parked. Fire the lawyers that insist on it being there and use the money to hire programmers who can fix this app. Even if you feel compelled to cover you backsides legally, put a caution message on the screen when it starts up, and disappears when acknowledged in til the app is closed and restarted. Actually locking functions out is senseless, as most travelers have a companion passenger who may be operating the app instead of the driver.  The app has potential, but it is lost behind this aggravation and things that just don’t work and control panel confusion.

Thus app connected and worked until the first update came along. Now it will not connect. Tried reinstalling app. Rebooted phone. Bluetooth off/on etc, etc.
Very disappointed, big waste of my time. Deleted it, very poorly written.

### *---- "In Motion lock-out is stupid"
This repeatedly pops up while driving and using the Tire Linc screen to monitor tire pressures. Duh. Of course I’m driving. I can understand why you might want to lock out some controls while driving, like the awning or slide. But even then, once I stop and parked in my campsite, I have to unlock and open the door, lower the steps, and press a button on the physical control panel so that I can use the app. Ridiculous. Give us an option to confirm we are not in motion from the app and then unlock the controls.

Needs Car Play support for at least the Tire Linc screen.  And make the tire pressure and temperature numbers much larger on the Tire Linc screen in the app.

Issue now is app constantly refreshes taking several seconds to load and refreshes repeatedly every few seconds preventing any sort of control at all. WORTHLESS. 

Apparently No quality control or testing by the developers.
