Granted is your personal healthcare advocate reviewing bills, catching errors, getting on the phone with insurance, disputing charges, appealing denied claims, and negotiating what you owe.

• Bill review and dispute: Upload any medical bill. We check every charge against your insurance, flag errors and overcharges, and dispute them with the provider.
• Insurance Claim appeals: If your insurer denies a claim, we file the appeal and manage it end-to-end.
• Bill negotiation and financial assistance: We negotiate directly with providers to lower what you owe and identify discount programs you may qualify for, including hospital financial assistance.
• Insurance benefits guidance: Connect your plan and ask anything. Get plan-specific answers on coverage, costs, and what to expect before your next visit.
• In-network provider search: Find doctors and specialists covered by your plan, so you don't get a surprise bill weeks later.
