I don’t know why it ever takes that long, most carriers are done porting a number in several hours. -- Porting Numbers, 2025-02-12 ### *---- "Bad customer care and app" We have had issues with our customers because we haven’t been receiving messages they send and they don’t receive the ones we send either. On Feb 3rd we stopped sending messages because the app is blocking them. I know it’s due to a state law but a heads up would have been nice. It’s been a week since we can’t contact through messages and we’ve had a lot of issues because of it. Now they aren’t approving our request for SMS because it needs to pass by a 10 step system which has been a pain. Bad communication and careless customer service -- Diddy.95f, 2025-02-11 ### *---- "Terrible experience grasshopper doesn’t really care" I’ve had SOO MANY connection issues, calls won’t ring in or they do ring in but grasshopper WONT CONNECT. I’m ready to find a new service provider for my business at this point. Last time I said something about this they made ME identify all the calls with poor connection issues and jump through hoops just for them to say everything’s fine. Update 2/10/25 officially switching service providers. Nothing but constant problems with grasshopper and I’ve finally had enough. They don’t care to help at all either. -- thisgamestinksxxx264, 2025-02-10 ### ***** "Easy to use!" The phone service is great! -- Me & My Cloud, 2025-02-10 ### *---- "Scam" Makes canceling account incredibly difficult -- anonymus12345654321, 2025-02-09 ### ***** "CEO" I have 7 numbers for multiple businesses and extensions for all my managers. Love it -- DiiMoo, 2025-02-08 ### ***** "Amazing tool" Love Grasshopper and have used it for a few years now. Great communication tool in order to separate my personal number with my business number -- Sisogram, 2025-02-06 ### ***-- "Sometimes works" This app seems to be causing me problems from login issues to messages.. -- Just1n22, 2025-02-05 ### *---- "Scam artist" Are you looking for a virtual phone number that bends you over with no lube??? Look no further you found lovely grasshopper aka goto support. What seemed like a good fit had really decent customer support if you could understand them. The text message part lags at time when you go to open the messages nothing is there even though you had a notification for it. Didn’t really had many other issues until I went to go leave due to sms registration issues being a virtual number. I called 1/13/25 to get the porting info to switch over and was told once the port was complete that my account would be de-activated since I no longer had a phone number with them. On 2/4/25 I noticed a charge on my bank account from them on 1/27/25. I went then proceeded to go thru my email and noticed I didn’t have a receipt for the charge taken out of my bank account. I proceeded to call them and they try to sell you everything under the sun. He then cancelled my account for the effective date January 24th 2026. So now I’m paying for something that is absolutely useless for another year. Instead of cancelling it on today date and say charge for one month compared to a whole year no matters who fault it was. Manager could not return phone and sent email saying sorry no refund. So hopefully they cancel it next January 2026 before I get charged again. If you wanna call me to address the issue please address me as Mr. Petty. XOXOXO MR. Petty -- joeyhd20, 2025-02-04 ### **--- "Poor phone quality- lots of spam calls" Poor phone quality- lots of spam calls and texts - -- A.J.Pearson, 2025-02-03 [View all Grasshopper reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Grasshopper Discovered Keywords - grasshopper - grasshopper phone - grasshopper climbing - grasshopper board - grasshopper bank business - grasshopper bank - evoice ## Apps Similar to Grasshopper - [Quo (formerly OpenPhone)](https://apptail.io/app/quo-formerly-openphone-irK/united-states) - [Second Line 2nd Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/second-line-2nd-phone-number-mrK/united-states) - [iPlum: Business Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/iplum-business-phone-number-XcN/united-states) - [Line2 - Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/line2-second-phone-number-BSN/united-states) - [NextivaONE](https://apptail.io/app/nextivaone-RnW/united-states) - [SmartLine Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/smartline-second-phone-number-yPhb/united-states) - [SwitchUp - Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/switchup-second-phone-number-zPhb/united-states) - [LinkedPhone—Pro Business Line](https://apptail.io/app/linkedphone-pro-business-line-yJsc/united-states) - [GoDaddy Conversations - Inbox](https://apptail.io/app/godaddy-conversations-inbox-Cjvc/united-states) - [Text Phone Number: Talk Safe](https://apptail.io/app/text-phone-number-talk-safe-xIqq/united-states) ## Grasshopper Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/grasshopper-rOI/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/grasshopper-rOI/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
