It works as advertised.

This app does not update itself even when my phone is set for it to do so. Anytime an update is needed, if a call comes in it does not ring and I just see it as a missed call whenever I manually check later. So annoying!!

My boss, an attorney, and I are currently using the Grasshopper app. I installed it on my phone so I can communicate with our clients when I’m not in the office. But, it never rings. I just get a banner notification saying there was a missed call. And no, my phone was not on mute. And I didn’t have the volume turned down. I can only text with clients through the app. Not only do I not receive phone calls, the app won’t let me make any phone calls to our clients.

This app tests my frustration tolerance daily. The concept is great with terrible execution. I have this app through my company at work. It is awful and these glitches have been happening for me for nearly 3 years since I’ve had the app. I cannot scroll through contacts or even missed calls or voicemails to call someone as the second I go to scroll it automatically goes to dial whoever’s name was there. It does not always notify you of voicemails, I’ll get an email about receiving a missed call or voicemail but the app will glitch and show nothing. Half the time there is no dial tone with full service. I tried to reach out to support but I had to provide my company’s login information and I don’t have that so I couldn’t even contact the service desk.

It’s wonderful, I would just add call block function

Just what our company needs! Easy to use, calls are clear and never dropped.

Very easy to use and works great! I have not had any issues in the 3 years since I’ve started using it.

It’s impossible to scroll through the list of recent calls without dialing the number because their app no longer differentiates between a scroll and a tap.

Couldn’t have a simpler and more flexible business phone set up. You guys are the best.
