## Graysons Properties Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Would be 0 if possible"
Do not use this company!!

App logs you out constantly and doesn’t accept the provided password, I will click on an issue or an announcement and it will log me! Utterly ridiculous.
-- unkown121121212, 2026-02-24

### *---- "App is broken"
It keeps asking me to reset my password but then doesn’t email. When I finally get a response via email it works for a day then forgets my password. If there was ever an issue or a fire how am I meant to report it?
-- Nagem12345, 2025-05-18

### *---- "App is useless"
A fire alarm went off in my flat recently out of office hours and no one from Grayson’s showed up. In order to contact Grayson’s, I had to search through their website to find that I had to download this app to use their emergency phone number. If this had been a real fire, I cannot fathom what would she happened, as I assume in the panic no one would have known this information. This is incredibly dangerous. I shouldn’t have had to search through the website for this app just to inform my rental company that my accommodation is burning down.

### *---- "Absolute shambles"
Absolute shambles
