A busy calendar shouldn’t mean sitting all day. Greasit helps you fit short desk workouts and bodyweight exercise breaks between tasks, without adding a gym trip to your day. MAKE YOUR WORKDAY FEEL MORE ACTIVE Choose your workdays, working hours and reminder interval. When it’s time for a break, open Greasit and follow a small set of exercises. MOVEMENT THAT FITS YOUR SPACE Choose Gentle, Balanced or Challenging exercises. Turn floor exercises and jumping on or off to suit your workplace. Include pushups, crunches and other bodyweight moves when you have room, or keep your breaks upright and quiet. KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT Clear illustrations and simple instructions guide each movement. Start when you’re ready, pause when you need to, and skip a move if it doesn’t suit you. TAKE YOUR BREAK FROM YOUR WRIST Set up Greasit and choose your plan on iPhone, then follow a short break on Apple Watch. See your movements, reps or hold timer, pause when needed and finish at your own pace. Completed breaks sync back to your paired iPhone. A recently synced plan works offline for up to 24 hours while your purchase remains valid. BUILD A HABIT YOU CAN SEE See completed breaks, your daily streak and previous workout history. Four completed active weeks unlock a second set while reps stay the same. An active week means completed breaks on at least three different days; it counts after the week ends. HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT Send a problem, idea or missing-feature request directly from the app. No email address or sign-in is needed to send feedback. YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS No Greasit account is required. Workout history and preferences stay in the app and may sync through your private iCloud database. Limited usage analytics is optional. Feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it. No advertising or cross-app tracking. GREASIT PREMIUM A purchase is required to use the workout plan. Weekly, yearly and lifetime options are available; local prices and any eligible offer appear in the app before purchase. Existing subscriptions remain supported. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
