## Great Abs Workout Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great strengthening!"
I love these apps (I have great abs, great legs abs great butt) and they all are an excellent workout that gradually builds on your strength. I often will get a little ways into the workouts and then will fall off the exercise bandwagon (hello, Covid) and hafta get back on and start at the beginning and it is an excellent, slow build and I quickly feel my strength cone back. I really wish there was a “great arms”workout too because I would get it in a heartbeat!
-- cnggjn, 2021-05-07

### ****- "Thank you Fitness22"
I’m obsessed with all apps that this company makes. I love this addition to my workout program! I start with my cardio 10K runner app, then do the push ups, great butt, great legs, great abs apps, and end with their yoga app that stretches and relaxes! I understand why some people are frustrated by the timing of this app but I still find it super motivating to track day by day and increase my strength with the programs.
-- ZoeTrope1107, 2020-05-24

### ***** "Great!"
The fitness22 apps are the only ones that keep me motivated enough to follow through! I’ve paid much more for other apps that continue to fail. I’ve been using theese apps for 2+ years now and still keep up with the workout!
-- SuziQuie, 2019-10-08

### ***** "Great App"
Easy to use. Great exercise diagrams and instructions. Great daily exercise regiments for targeting all the core muscle groups. Great app.
-- -{ Highwired }-, 2019-09-05

### ***** "Great app to help your abs"
This app helped me get in shape. I lost 15 lbs running, but then could not loose any more. This app helped me push past that and loose even more weight.
-- caboom4, 2019-08-28

### ***** "great app and series"
this entire line of apps is great
-- Ploskd, 2019-04-20

### ***** "Great app"
Great app. for both just getting started or back into physical fitness
I use this app and others to warm up for my runs (both 5 and 10k)
One nice thing about these apps is you can have a bad day and repeat it later or hold at a workout till you get it rite and still have a solid plan.
-- Another Lonely Driver, 2019-03-31

### ***** "Helpful and Easy"
I’m a beginner couldn’t have been better! Thx
-- Healthyme19, 2019-03-12

### ***** "Great app"
Would be so much better if it had a walk through of stretches like the exercises. I have no idea how to stretch my abs. Lol
-- Tee.satoshi, 2019-01-23

### ***** "I like this app!"
The app that motivates me to work my abs.
